Opinions are like belly buttons......everybody has one. The Vamps are great in snow and soft terrain/mud conditions. That's my opinion and I'm stickin' to it. Since I've been riding atv's for 15 years and motocross for 26 years, I have a little experience to draw from. However, like anything else, if a person depends soley on his/her equipment and is shy on experience or common sense, nothing will work quite right and trouble and/or disatisfaction will follow. Have fun and don't over-engineer your decision. Buy a set of something and get out there and ride! Have fun.
