I have vamps and blackwaters now and i am going to be getting a set of titan 589's i want to get 26-12-12 for the rear for my stock motor now but if i mod the motor with the cam and piston kit from highlifter i want to get 27-11-12 all the way around i think it may be able to handle them because they are light and only 11 inches wide i also have a supertrapp silencer and bigger headpipe. what do you all think? would Gordons 313 handle these? i can make my 25 inch vamps grow to around 26/26 1/2 with alot of air in them and my blackwaters to 25 1/2 from top to bottom lug. I also only weigh about 140. please reply or give me some suggestions to the motor! Also would they even fit my rear fender mounts are ripped of anyway?

How does it handle it now with the vamps pumped up to 26 inchs, sluggish, slow, underpowered or not. I think that the 300 would be geared to high to handle that large of tires since the stock tires are 3 inchs shorter. How do you think my stock 300 Honda would handle 26x12x12 and 25x10x12 Titan 589's.

I think it would handle them ok because they are a light tire and easy to turn!

Well maybe 27 is a little to big any one know if 26-12-12 would fit on the front without spacers or offset rims? I have a lift already!

mud i think your right 27's are a little big for that 300 there even to big for my 400
so your better off getting 26x12x12 vamps on the back and keeping your 25x10x12 blackwaters up front untill you get a cam.

Hey mud!

I'm 98% sure that 26x12x12 will not fit the front of your 300 without different wheels or spacers. My 27x12x12 barely fit on the front of my 450 (before wheel spacers), and they would rub the shock on real hard agrressive turns. Anyway, I could be wrong, but I think you would probably lose more than you would gain by trying to go with a 26 or 27 inch wheel on that bike. It just doesn't have low enough gearing and enough low end torque to compensate for the extra tire size. Like I said this is only my opinion, and I may be wrong. If it was mine, I would probably get a very agressive 25" comb for front and back, and spin the hell out of them!
