I am strongly considering purchasing a complete set of Hiper Technology wheels, after bending up 6 rims in the past year. If anyone has used them or, are currently using them I would really appreciate any feedback you have. I know that they are pricey, but so are the Douglas beadlock wheels.

I have a set and have been riding on them for over a year and havent had any problems at all .My wheels were some of the first ones they produced but now they have their Tech 2 wheel out that is even stronger and have a better sealing system .they r by far the the toughest thing on the market. plus even if u were to damage a componet u dont have to scrap the wheel u can buy just the piece u need now that is customer focused. If u have gone through six wheels u could have bought a set by now.I was a little leary when i bought mine but after a few good rides in the woods all my worries went a way and now i brag about how much tougher my wheels r than the aluminum. Dana creech runs them so they have to be good .

Default Hiper Wheels?

I have the same question. Does anyone have these wheels and have some info. i am not sure if a composit wheel is the best way to go or if i should just stay with the tried and true metal beadlocks.

All the GNCC pros run them, so they must be tough.

I have them and i will NEVER go back to metal again, everytime i go riding someone bends a wheels, .190's are pathectic in my honest opinion. Hiper is a great company to deal with, i had an issue with an oring being pinched from the factory and they sent out new orings for me free of charge, with fast shipping. My friend has a yfz with hipers and last weekend he dumped it bad, basically destroyed EVERYTHING on the left front suspension, including the steering stem, even the spindle, but the hiper was fine. They are tuff as nails, lightweight and look cool. You get what you pay for, and if you want a 1 time purchase wheel set, buy hipers and never have to worry about it again.

I have HiPers on my quad and really love them........they have withstood a ton of desert riding. I thing the best thing about them is they are modular, you can replace parts of them (assuming you would ever need to).
