Its 106 over there now. Damn you are tougher than me! I am going to ride in the morning in El Paso desert its only supposed to be in the 90's

I wasnt able to go cuz, my brother didnt want to die cuz it was too hot.

 

i went to superstition for a night run a couple weeks back. it was in the high 90's alllll night

 

yeah, its just horrible weather

 

that's why I'm waiting for Halloween....should be much cooler then...

 

My buddy just picked up a new raptor so along with my neighbor we're planning a night run out to Ocotillio Wells this Friday night. Gonna leave around 7 or 8 pm and ride most of the night except for a couple of beer....errr water breaks. We've been going the last few weekends and leaving at 3:00 in the morning to beat the HEAT and usually pack em up around 10:00 in the morning and cruise back to Mira Mesa (San Diego). We can usually get 4-5 hours of riding in and it's been the best riding yet.......nobody around except for a few diehards. Wouldn't mind trying a Glamis nite run soon but it's a haul all the way out there plus haven't ridden out there yet so I would probably get lost.
