Where is the "Sand Riding" I heard about in S. Jersey?

Where is the "Sand Riding" I heard about in S. Jersey?
Someone mentioned a place where you can blast around in the sand in S. Jersey. I have to assume it is a beach, because they have no dunes. Anybody know where it is at? I would love blast around in the sand a little closer to home than MI sometimes. Thanks.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
