I personaly hate auto's. i would say ds650 all the way conserding your size, u sould about the same as me im 6"2 260 and the ds just feels good on the dunes, let the little kids ride there yfz's.

 

YES THAT WAS ME....I BLEW SOME STUFF UP ON MY YELLOW ONE THAT TRIP THOUGH. MY FAN KEEPS GOING OUT AND BY THE TIME I REALIZE IT ITS 2 LATE B/C MY LIGHT DOESNT COME ON UNTIL IT AFTER IT GETS TO HOT.

 

That sucks, sounds like it is time for a temp guage. The fans on the older ones were always going out. How bad did it mess it up?, hopefully not to bad, But atleast you have another stage 3 to ride.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

the only thing it really messed up was the vaulves, but it gave me a god excuss while it was down to put some more goodies on it!!!!!

 

yea get a temp gauge. Its saved me a coulple top ends. Get a esr liguid fill.

 

z400 or raptor or ds650 are all good

That V you allready own is a great dune machine just like it is. Any upgrades only make it better. That recon, if thats what your wife rides, is probibly plenty for her in the sand as well. I say save your money and enjoy the quads you allready have.
