123 hours but we did it at night so it went pretty good for us,it's all about racing up that hill. the starts don't seem to really matter there the hill is so long that the machines will decide which is faster.

 

sandman-I hope you mean 12 or 13 hours!!!!I would like a chance to race on a longer uphill to let my motor open up and fly because as you know the short 300 feet at comp in florence is not enough room to really open it up.

 

didn't catch that yeah it was a short 10 hours from bend, so probably 12-13 from eugene.

 

Sounds like your really enjoying that engine! When I get my rappy back if your going to sandfest I'll have to race ya there with it! By then my YFZ will be running very good too, have to see how it will do too! Are you gonna be going to sandfest??

 

bigbubba-I have never been to sandfest but i am considering it this year.Yes i am enjoying my new motor and it is even stronger than i had thought it would be.I will be at florence this saturday the 10th so if you are going this weekend let me know.I am still not sure if my 4"over swingarm is going to be enough so i will be practicing my starts to find out so i may be doing some unplanned wheelies this weekend.

 

That +4 should be more than enough, you can't be getting much more power than I am out of my Rappy and it was more than enough for me. If you go any longer than 4" your handling will significantly drop because of the increased length. Mine with the +4 made it so that I could wheelie the bike when I wanted to but it wouldn't wheelie suprisingly on its own and I believe that's what your wanting right? I'll prolly be at south this weekend but with the new piped YFZ [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] I'd love to race you with that if you would like to! Let me know!

 

bigbubba-Sure i will line up with you just let me know where.I will race anyone anytime because for me its all about having fun and doing your best and if someone else is faster thats just the way it is and as we all know there will always be someone faster anyways.
