Anybody go down there ? I was there twice and like the place, can somebody recommend good riding area or where to go. I mostly play on dunes south of San Felipe. You somehow feel the freedom down there, compare to green terror here in good old usa .

try going to Canta Mar for labor day weekend, its small but its a good place to go if you like to drag alot. Its a lot closer than san felipe, about 45 minutes from the border.

Yea I go down there every once in a while. It's alota fun to ride in to town have dinner or whatever and then ride back out. It's nice to get away from the rules...

I don't really know what you mean by asking about safe transport to San Felipe. I been there five time and never have problem to transport my quads, I transport them inside of my Weekend Warrior toy hauler, but I see lot of people with motorhomes using flat bed trailers to haul them down. For sure you can't leave your open trailer with full of quads somewhere on the street without supervision, but I don't think you can do that in states either. Be honest, every year when on my visit to Glamis, lot of people is looking for stolen quads, not one time I hear that somebody was looking for stolen quad in San Felipe. Just use common sense and enjoy local hospitality and great fish taco with cold cerveza.
