HEY!! when did this turn into a bash on Gecko's thread? LOL
Like I said, I could keep up and do everything everyone else could do. I dont have any kind of problem with them. whenever they manage to wear out I might try a straight paddle, who knows.

i said ive heard people say they don't like them.but, i see them all the time in dirt wheels on diff. quads. so, there's people out there who like them just nobody i know. i just wanted to see what people were running and what was their likes and dislikes. not to bash what others have.
i'm thinking about a 8-paddle skat. ive seen some on e-bay but they were a 8-inch rim, i have a 10 for my sand skate 2's. why do people run a 8 rather then a 9 or 10? thanks for info.

With an 8 inch rim you have more room for the side wall to flex thus, theoretically a softer ride and better hookup. Also you are less likely to bend a rim (simple physics). If you like big air I would use a 8 inch rim in at least a .160 or if you really air it out get the .190's. A lot of people just like the looks of the 10 inch rim. I heard you can now get a 12 inch rim too.
