Time for an update:
April 06 2006: A new rule has been added to the rules and regulations page.
( 12. No glass bottles or containers allowed )
Sorry but glass gets broke and since stitches hurt and tires cost money we feel everyone will benefit from this new rule.
A move in the right direction in my humble opinion. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

I don't think asking anyone to wear a helmet is a bad thing. I would think it would make insurance cheaper for them. I know of a place that requires helmets and some type of boot. (not necessarily mx type)
