I've been pretty lucky over the years.

Never had to leave my ATV behind and only had to leave my old truck behind three times.

I had to leave my stock SUV in the mud for a week in Louisiana. A friend with mud tires on his truck let it dry up that long before he pulled me out. I would have rather not left it there for a week but he was being cautious. I had water in places it doesn't belong and had to do some fluid changes after that.

I always chuckle thinking of your old Rubicon throwing the ball joint a couple miles from your place rather than down in Fish Creek Canyon where it would've been a miracle to drag it out. I call situations like that Christian Coincidences.

I don't know if that qualifies. Wasn't a tow rope used? Then again, I'm not the best person to ask memeory-wise.

Nope - we just popped the tie rod back together a couple of times LOL

That's right. Zip ties and Gorilla tape. Just like we did to the PoPo I crashed.
