Went for a long ride up in Harrison Mi. this weekend.
When I returned home I was inspecting air cleaner, the white air box has oil in it
and in seems as though it is coming from a hose, at the front end, top rt. side.
Is this normal and why is it there?
Please respond, I can't find answers in the manual

 

I don't know if this is of any help but my Yamaha grizzly 600 did something similar except it came out of the radiator and all over the left front assembly and all it was was a cracked pipe.

 

did ya flip it??
I woukd say it is from crank case vent...
what does the oil look like??
what about the oil in the airbox??

 

Like Tork said, its from the crank vent, no worries.

 

my 2008 is the same. its a vent so im not worryied.

 

I have flipped it once. it was black, and I haven't checked the airbox yet but I will.
