How does a efi warm up the motor oil faster then a carb? After all on a 4 stroke that is what your warming up.

It might not warm the oil faster but it sure is nice not having to babysit a choke lever neither, therefor the oil warms in a timely fashion if the engine dies to leaning out to much from the choke.

Here I will name another nice thing added to quads making them more enjoyable Synthetic winch cable. Sure is nice to handle a rope instead of frayed cable.

You guys act like its such a big task.....and you have to watch over it and adjust it.

Its a lever/**** that has to be toggled/pulled before you hit the start button - not a big deal at all.

After it runs for 3 to 5 mins (in extreme cold) then close the choke and ride off.

One action before pressing the start button....your there anyways

......and one more before you ride off......your there anyways

Maybe if you were remote starting your quad then it would make a difference.....but come on.....its one lever/****

Well if you made money with your quad you would know it gets old fast having to mess with that **** every morning at 4:00. It gets old realy fast!

I think its pretty funny when people hate technology and try to protect what they know they cant. I think Record players come to mind LOL

Oh well this has been beaten up enough you enjoy your carb as I know I love my EFI!

Mess with a ****? Only on very cold winter do I even use the choke and then I just pull the choke for 1 minute then close it and go back inside for coffee because it will take 5 minutes of idling to warm up the oil like a throttle body would also.

My 500HO would need choke for about 5 minutes, and no matter how tight I turned the little collar, the **** worked itself back in, leaning the mixture out and stalling the engine, so I had to babysit. Not a huge crisis, but a PITA sometimes.

TPI valve for my air box, along with some minor re-routing of the air intake. Total cost.....about $30. Results...Adjustable air flow into airbox and no more sputtering when playing in the water.

There is nothing you can buy for your quad or ATV that is cheap. First choice in tricking out your ATV is get skid plates if you don't have them already. My best buy and they were by no means cheap were the tires and rims at just over $800.00 for a full set of four tires and rims.

To me its sort of like a CDI ignition compared to a ignition with points.....

EFI and the CDI are great until you need to fix it...in the middle of a long ride..in the middle of no where..Other than that its hard to beat...

Never wrapped my feet in saran wrap but used to use a kitchen garbage bag over my socks for the same effect..

1 simple thing I do to my levers on my dirt bikes is wrap them in a layer of athletic tape..Really improves feel and its cheaper than those lever wraps..
