Default Right arm goes numb

Every time I ride more than 30 minutes without a break my right arm goes numb. I notice it also when I ride a motorcycle or even drive my truck with my right arm fror a while. My left is always fine. What the??? Am I just getting too old for this stuff?

Honestly, I would ask your doctor about it. Sounds like a nerve or circulation problem.

At least it's not your left arm with chest pains. LOL. I had the same problem for about three years and finally got fed up with it. Went to see the Doc. Come to find out I was out of alinement and with my right arm up and out in front of me I was pinching a nerve. A few trips to the back cracker and good as new. Had I known it was that easy of a fix I would have gone in alot sooner. Hope thats all yours is.

Default In the knee for me

A little like "Ready" when I was a housing inspector and on my feet all day I had started to get numbness just above my right knee, all the way up my thigh. Soon after I wound up spraining a muscle (Plantar Fascia [sp?]) in my right foot playing on the trampoline with my daughter. Anyway, at the foot doc I mentioned the numbness. He took some measurements and fitted me with inserts. Almost never feel it anymore unless I am in real worn shoes. Really, If I could, I'd have the inserts molded in porcelain and put in my shower! Still, numbness is a doc thing so go bring it up.
