My 99 and 2000 Polaris 500cc Sportmans.

Biggest POS known to mankind. Had more problems with these two quads than ALL of the other quads I've owned [ about 20 or so ] in my life.

 

trailboss 250!!! i coulnt keep a damn motor in it, it was a money pit and plus it sucked!!!

 

I have bought about 30 ATVs in the last twelve years for our family of four. The all time worst ATV out of the whole bunch was a 2003 Honda Rincon 650. It had the all time worst transmission ever put in an ATV. It was geared way too tall, had no low range, and felt like it was NEVER in the right gear. At high altitude on really steep climbs it would literally run out of power and come to a stop, with the throttle still wide open and the engine loaded down to the point that it did not have enough power to even turn the tires. The ATV also had numerous problems that the dealer took forever to diagnose, order parts, and fix. This ATV spent a grand total of nine weeks in the shop for repairs, longer than all 29 of our other ATVs combined.
