Winter Time what to do?????
#1
I live in maine and well in the winter there isnt alot of trail riding for ATVs that i know of.
I love wheeling I pretty much live for it.. I work all week just to get those 1 or 2 days a week to hang with my buds and go riding..without wheeling I am so damn bored its insane.
So for you other 4 wheeling nuts that cant really ride in the winter months what do you guys do for fun??
I'm totally serious anything you guys can throw out would be nice.. I feel like this winter might kill me LOL
Ohhh and I thought about gettin a snowmobile but I dunno I don't really dig the cold and riding a snowmobile isnt all that fun for me..

Wow, Unit6666, I think you've stumped me. If you don't like the cold ice fishing is out. I used to ski but that was before I hurt my back and I think not liking the cold rules that one out. I don't remember where in Maine you live??? Jericho is supposed to be open in the winter for ATVs from what I understand. Maybe you could register in NH and ride there. I know they groom the main corridors in the park and are talking about grooming other trails if possible. Have you tried crocheting?

Well- around me here in mass- winter means we locals can finally hit the wallum / webster lake state forest trails without worry
I have a set of rear tires with studs I like to swap out sometimes and hit the lakes- I love riding on the ice (makes most of the ice fishers whine but- hell with'em) maybe do a little drag race on the lake. I also take advantage of the powerlines where I usually cant reach because of the water- so new traills to explore when the water is frozen. I think I rode more last winter then I did this summer
So- just buy some hand / thumb warmers and let it rip!
Also a great time to cut a new trail-
