I just purchased a 2003 Sportsman 700 V-Twin. The shifter is very hard to move forward or backward. Any ideas what the problem could be?

 

You might want to repost your question in the polaris section- not the general section where you did.

Before posting- take advantage of the search option in the polaris section, chances are, someone has also had a similar issue.
