Yessir. The previous owner parked it because he thought the timing was wrong. It would run for a minute or two and stall. Turns out the vent on the gas cap wasn't working. The fix? Screw the cap on far enough so it doesn't leak but not all the way so it can still vent.

 

Works for me!!!!!!
