Here is a pic of me on the Panterra 90. It's not a bad fit for me. I looked at some newer kids ones and didn't fit as well on them.

Your Welcome. Its a CPSC thing.. Set up between the Japanese Mfgrs. and the CPSC.. mainly so people couldnt put their small kids on 500cc machines and then sue them because their kids got killed or hurt... The Chinese work outside these boundaries so they arent liable when a kid gets hurt.. Not their fault you put your kid on a machine that was too "big" for them..

I could post a pic of me on my 90cc mini utility.. maybe later..

Again, it's down to common sense, which some people sadly lack. The guy I was with a few years back decided to buy a 500 for his son who was 8 or 9 at the time. He said he'd grow into it. (my thought...if he lives)

I tried my darndest to talk him out of it, but.....anyway, I haven't seen them for a while, but the kid is now 12 and is probably just starting to grow into it.

My 14 year old has a 500 but he's probably at least 4" taller than me. The 3 of us will be going for safety course so not only will he be big enough to fit the quad but knowledgable enough to stay safe. The experience will come with time.

haha - come on, you've seen them too. Not someone actually doing it, just someone who looks like he'd probably do it....notice I said he.
