nothing like solving a non problem.

if you need a finish cut, a ride on/zero turn mower does a better job and is cheaper to own/operate

if you need a rough cut, a rotary cutter will be more effective at taking saplings down

perhaps, but I get a very good finish cut with this mower, and why buy two mowers when you can do the job with one and have fun riding plus if you want to clear trails, this is very maneuverable and can go a lot of places a rotary cannot

swisher sells a decent pull behind rotary cutter that does well against junipers, saplings etc

I had a swisher rough cut mower, but did not hold up well. alsodid not give a nice finish cut like this one does. have a john deere garden tractor, but this mows much faster and gives a cut just as good.

just as well, I only go through about 1 gallon to brush hog 1.5 acres and finish mow 2 acres in the mower. not bad on gas, and more fun riding around the atv
