Do anyone know if there are any perfomancce parts for a 90cc honda(huawei) motor that will give me good gains in horsepower and torque

i just purchased a 90cc huawi engine and do not know the wiring on it, i have the starter turning over, but no fire, can anyone help with this problem??????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????
the colors just do not match up

 

Where do you get these Huawi engines and what is the cost?
