Have you tried to ajust your brakes using the ajustments wheel
behind the check plug on the outside of the drum?I have to do
this about every month to keep it working smoth. If I let it go to
long after a while I can pull the lever right to the bar and still not
have any brakes.
Good luck

I checked the manual to make sure you bled the brakes properly and adjusted everything correctly. But having to pump the brake multiple times sounds like a master cylinder problem, which would be replaced under warranty because master cylinders do not wear out in four months.
