been searching on line to buy a service manual for a rubicon, wiht no luck
can some one point me in the right direction , where to buy such thing, and what it will cost?

service manual for a rubicon
I bought ours the day we bought our Rubicon. Got it at the dealer and it cost us $50. Bought one from the dealer for our 02 Rancher the day we bought it, they gave it to us for $25. Read both of them cover to cover. They have both paid for themselves several times over.
