Default Buying a Rincon on Monday

Buy the Rincon.
I have one and love it! I was out the other week and went up against a Prairie 650 and smoked him in the mud. Maybe the guy was a puss but I am no pro myself… Then later on I stop to see the guy stuck on the side of the trail only to find out his Drive Belt housing was full of water and giving him a ton of trouble. I got mine for 7g's out the door with a helmet and trail/rider pack (see pics)... I got the bonus bucks toward the price of the package deal. If you’re worried about tranny trouble get the extended warranty and put your mind to rest... I bet you wont need it...

I don dont know a whole lot about the rincon other than its a little lower to the ground than most of your big bores which is good. its fully independant suspinsion and not setting up so high makes it a very stable rider. It also won the baJa 1000 which means its one bad mother!!! ride red or set on the side of the trail

Congrats on the new ATV, regardless of which ATV you are getting. I am sure you will definitely enjoy your new Rincon. I went out to our Honda dealer a few weeks ago and the only ATV's that there were none of, either in the shop or on the floor, were Rincon’s. They sold more Rubicon’s than anyone west of the Mississippi and got one of the largest allotments of Rincon’s and had no problems selling them. Now they will only have 04s.

I just picked up a new '03 Rincon this past Saturday for my girlfriend ($6,600 out the door - after signing over my $300 bonus bucks to the dealer), and we went riding all day Saturday and Sunday at Tower City in Pennsylvania (very hilly with tight rocky uphill trails). To be honest, I'm much more impressed with the quad than I thought I would be. My girlfriend (a novice rider at best) was going over terribly rough terrain at speeds you'd expect from a much better rider - the suspension and handling are that good. If you want a deal and you're from the PA area, go to Rusty Palmer's in Honesdale PA and ask for Ronnie. They do a volume business and will give you the best deal in the area. My buddy is even getting a new YFZ 450 for $6,299 out the door . . . great deals.

I paid MSRP when they first came out. I hit 1100 miles this weekend. Love the machine thus far. Has treated me very well being an aggressive driver. Unfortunately over the weekend I got smoked by two Grizzlies. Both stokc and I have a K & N, a jet kit and a Big Gun exhaust. Kind of disappointing, but I got revenge on them when following a brand new rincon that was in its break-in period. The Rinny in front of me kept picking up the pace and so did I. At about 35 MPH the Grizzlies started to fall back. When we hit 45 they were no where in site. The suspension could not handle the rough trail as well as the Rincon suspension could. The guy on the new Rincon was very impressed at the suspension and when we waited for 15 minutes at the end of the trail for the others, he realized that he had the superior machine for that particular trail. Uphill and very rough. The Grizz was to top heavy for the high speed run!!
