One of the bolts for the cylinder head cover on the 250x is broken and Im having a hard time trying to get the broken piece of the bolt out of the hole. If I cant get it out, will it be much of a problem? Can I just let it be?

I broke one right in the center of the cover on my 300ex . I tried getting it out and couldn't, so I ran it till I sold it. I say," RUN IT".
