Default Need help figuring out sprockets

Hello I have a 03 400ex. I hear you guys talking a teeth on front and rear sprockets. I'am a little confused on the whole deal. I just had my FlyWheel lightend and I heard it takes away from some of your bottom end power. Is there a certain toothed sprocket that will help regain some bottom end torque and power.

Basically your 400ex comes with a stock 15 tooth front and a 38 tooth rear. when you add a tooth to the front it DECREASES your accel and bottum end. However, if you take a tooth away it will INCREASE your bottum end. It is the exact opposite with the rear. If you take away from the rear it will DECREASE the accel and bottum end and if you add it will INCREASE bottum end. Here is a calculator for sprockets, http://home.earthlink.net/~gellett/400ex.htm If you are looking for more bottum end i would suggest takeing away a tooth in the front (because it will be the easyest to change) and see what you like. I hope i helped out some with the sprocket confusion.

Not being a jerk here - just clarifying. Their name is sprocket specialists, and they also get my vote for nice stuff that's inexpensive.
