ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT TIME,
Granted, it may not make a dealer happy to match prices with abernathy's on a new honda, but with all due respect, you have it wrong about dealers......and you are a car dealer? If no one comes to your dealership to buy cars.......you have no job!!!! If I dont buy from your dealership, I hurt you, not me.....because there are other dealers out there, AND LOTS OF THEM!!! As I have said, I negotiate a hard bargain. I expect these folks to make money from my sale, just not the third quarter profit from my atv alone. My question is ......is Tennessee in America.......checking my map, even in WV, Tennessee is listed as a US State. Their website even shows a building....AKA overhead. When I call, I get an answer from a person.......usually a friendly person......also AKA overhead. They also have a service Department with real live people putting together ATV's......AKA overhead. In fact, although I've never been there, I'm guessing they have plenty of employees....AKA overhead. If I get hosed on service, I'll never go back, AND I'm an IGNORANT AZZ when doing so. Now, generally I'm docile and a sweetheart, but buying a $5000.00 ATV is not the time to be nice. IF YOU WANT TO PAY 1000.00 more for YOUR ATV, then 200.00 MORE for YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY, BE MY GUEST!!!! $1,200.00 is a lot of money in repairs to a $5000.00 machine. The point is.....why are they doing well and selling high volume, making money, and SOME DEALERS are not. I will agree it is service...but not fixing ATV's or bikes.

I work for a dealership, I do not own it. I see the expenses. Enough said. You made mention of an attitude adjustment, I believe what I said was all legit for many to ponder. If you do not like something of the things I pointed out, throw them away.

I will tell you though that experience and years of dealing the points I gave to the group seem to fit most anything you buy from any dealer. I was not attacking you. I am hoping those points helped.
