E.S.R. power for 1987 Honda 250 R ?????

Default E.S.R. power for 1987 Honda 250 R ?????
Is the 330 bolt on kit from E.S.R. any good ?

ESR makes quality products, I have their 310 power valve cylinder and it rips. Previously I had their 310 non power valve and it was awesome too. The only downside to the 330 is you only have 3 bores on it whereas on the 310 you have 5.
