Ok, im getting a little aggravated. I'm looking for a 416 racing kit, ross racing or wiseco preferred. I, however am not sure of all the engine measurements...ex: with the 85/86 mm change in sleeve is that going to be a lot to change? Can someone just give me a link to a good 416 kit with easy installation that wont cost me a ton to have installed by an atv shop!?

from what ive heard, they are one of the best. here ya go

 

the 85 and 86 your hearing about is the size of the piston i millimeters. the stock piston is 85mm, the 406 is 86mm, and the 416 is 87mm. all you need to do is go to an atv shop and they should be able to bore it out for you. you will still use the stock sleeve so you won't need to mess with getting a new one of these installed.

 

Ok, so cals400ex alls i need to do is order the 416 kit? And have it installed and that's all i need?
