I have DG Alloys on my 400 and love 'em. The only thing to watch for is if you do mega jumps and repeatedly miss the pegs when you land. You will rip your pegs clean off. Seen it happen, funny as hell though!

My friend has the DG alloy's on his 400. He hasn't had any problems yet. I don't like the ubolts either. I'm still sold on the AC propegs. Can't beat the price, the look great and they're strong too. They're only 10 bucks more than the DG alloys. YOur looking at another 50 bucks for the DG pegged nerfs. For me it's the price that just kills DG. I've got a AC bumper on my 400 too. the DG one is alot more, and it sticks out about 4 inches. Looks goofy to me.

The only holes you have to drill with the AC's are in your footpegs. If you get the pro peg, which I suggest, there should be no drilling.
Can anyone confirm the no drilling for pro pegs?

On the propegs, you might want to drill a hole thru the peg and peg mount so that the nerfs do not slide on the mount. I have not drilled any holes yet on mine and don't have any problems. If you do not put a bolt thru the peg and mount, the bars will slide in and out about 1/2". While we are on the subject, does anybody know where to get replacement nets for propegs?

Just as a point of note, not trying to bash anyone's equipment or offend anyone, but I have never been impressed with anything from DG. I'm going with AC Propegs myself....

I agree with Gabe 100%, but to each his own.
