How do you like your Rancher
#14
To toss my two cents in on this .. my Rancher has 500 miles and almost 80 hours on it, and the machine has performed great. Mechanically, my unit has been flawless.
My unit was one of three purchased at the same time. One of the other units did have a loose reverse wire preventing shifting into reverse, but was easily tracked down by the owner.
It's my first ATV and I don't have much to compare it with. As far as what I've put it through, with the exception of trail #12 and a few unmarked side areas, I've ridden the entire Tellico ORV Area (see the winch test). Awesome area, far above-average performance.
I have added a Warn 2000 and a skid plate, which considering what I've gone over, was a good idea.
My buddy who has the Fourtrax 300 is quite impressed.
Purchased new at an out of state volume Honda dealer $3999 .. can't beat it!
