99 450 ES Neutral Light problem (won't start)

Default 99 450 ES Neutral Light problem (won't start)

Check the kill switch. The black / green stripe wire, and the black/ white stripe wire, need to have contiuity through the switch.

thats an easy one that diden't cross my mind.. I guess that could stop fire/starter, everything...

Default 99 450 ES Neutral Light problem (won't start)

Did you check the neutral light to see if it works yet? The bulb completes the circuit and if the bulb is burned out the computer will not "see" neutral.

No spark or weak-
Ignition switch off
kill switch off
spark plug dirty, defective, or worn out.
spark plug cap or secondary (HT) wiring faulty
spark plug cap not making good contact
Ignition control module defective.
Ignition signal generator defective
Ignition coil defective
Ignition or kill switch shorted
11.Wiring shorted or broken between-
11a. Ignition switch and engine kill switch (or blown fuse)
11b. Ignition control unit and engine kill switch
11c. Ignition control unit and ignition coil
11d. Ignition coil and plug
11e. Ignition control unit and ignition signal generator

If the kill switch is on, the starter can spin. The kill switch just cuts the ignition.
The neutral light and the no spark may or may not be related. Even if the bulb was burned out, ..if you were in gear, and the motor spins, its should spark.
Did you check the wire bundles, down low? If you hit a rock or log in the puddles, and it crushed some wires, this could cause the no nuetral, but if it was still running, then it didnt cause the no spark.
Did you try a new spark plug ...and check for spark?
