Default 2001 Rancher 350 Vacuum Hose

I was cleaning my bike today and noticed there was a vacuum hose hanging below the frame. It comes off the very bottom of the carb (where the primer pump is located), and has a one way valve in the middle of two 3" lengths of hose. Does anyone know where the other end of this hose goes? I've looked everywhere and can't seem to figure it out. The bike is still running fine, but I'd like to know where it's supposed to go. Thanks!

I don't own a rancher but this sounds like the drain hose for the carburetor.

Looking at the parts finder that hose is more than likly routed to the correct area to and below the frame

Yep, that is your carb drain hose. It doesn't attach to anything. If you ride deep water you may want to consider rerouting it to your handle-bars.

You may consider routing the vent hoses of the carb elsewhere if in water, but the drain hose mentioned above has no effect on the carb other than if the bowl drain screw has been opened. As long as the drain screw is closed no water can pass up the hose and into the carb.
