Today my freind(matthew) was on the 05 Rancher ES 4x4 and me and another friend were on his 05 Foreman 500 in 4x4 and the Rancher went first and didnt stop then we went in on the Foreman and Danny (my friend)decided to stop for some reason so we sunk and got stuck BAD! So we unrealed the winch and hooked it up to the back of theRancher and he was pulling us out then he wasnt pulling us out anymore so we wrapped the winch around a tree and started realing in and acceling and we made it out just fine! With out that winch we would have been stuck for a long time!

That Rancher does awsome in the mud, pulls right out like nothing!
Good trail rider also!
I cant get it to do a wheelie though ,weird!

 

The winch is a beautiful thing.

 

We most likley wouldnt have gotten stuck if we didnt stop!

Another thing about the rancher and mud, I was trying to see if i could get it stuck(stoping and then flooring it or going in deep)after the little incedent and to my surprise it would not get stuck!That was awsome, the light weight im sure is an issue!

My friend just bought an 05 AC 500 LE and it came with a winch. I told him AC puts winches on the front of their ATVs and Honda puts tow hooks on the back of theirs!! LOL

 

yeah so the ac's can let out the winch and hook up to a HONDA and the HONDA can pull the ARCTIC CAT's out!!! ROTFLOL

You'll have to forgive the quality, this particular set was scanned in from a regular camera. I had lots from my digital camera that I lost when my harddrive died!!! The bogs in NL are crazy for ATV's, at one time, all bogs were accessable to atv's, now the government has brought in regulation that you can only travel on licensed trails and powerline right of ways accross wetlands.

It was funny cause matt was crying because he said that his dad was going to kill him then we were like "ohh yeah we got the winch" and he shutup pretty fast!

And he didnt know how to use it so I got to use it!
