according to my book, not for a 400, but the 350 es models, fault 6 is a ecu fail safe circuit or voltage convert ciruit problem, not an angle sensor problem

My 04 Rancher 350 ES locks into gear and flashes the gear number on the display. Now it is in neutral and indicator blinks N over and over. Does no good to turn off and on again...still flashes N and can't get into gear. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? Thanks
