Rubicon or Rancher AT???
the engine braking on the rubicon is awsome.
if your in low range and esp mode you are crawling.
and in auto shift mode its the same.
its better then my kawi and my arctic cat 500 manual.
the cat was very good also.
im not to impressed with the kawasaki's though.
but i think the spring kit i have in it dont help none eather.

Thawk: The engine brake it absolutely incredible. Like "mudblaster" said, it will crawl down the steepest hills with zero braking. Yesterday I was riding with a buddy and his Rincon has no brakes(bought it used with no brakes). We came to a speed downhill on the local trails that we ride and I told him to put his front bumber against my rear bumper. Needless to say the Rubicon walked "BOTH" quads down the hill with almost no brakes needed. That impressed me more than I was already impressed with the Rubicon engine brake. I will tell you that the Rubi has the BEST engine brake in the buisiness bar none! Every time I ride this thing, it just keeps getting better and better.
