I think I would like purchase and install the high performance kit. Does anyone have any experiance installing this kit and have any suggestions? Also what are you're guys opinions of this kit?

Looking for some mods to my Rancher since the 6 month warrenty has expired.

 

I installed the HL kit a few months ago. It was easy to install and has definitely woken up my machine.

 

I installed the kit a 3 month ago. Not to hard of a job. I do have the service manual - it helps. The kit improves the low-end torque. With all 12 disc in the exhaust, I could almost pull a wheel with using just the throttle. I have been running it with just 7 disc, less noise and didn't lose much performance. Now the weather is cooling off and the neighboors have their windows closed, its time to put all 12 disc back in.

I would recommend the kit.

Do any of you guys have larger tires on your rancher? and if so what size. i was wondering if you could put 26 inchers on without a lift. i kind of want mudbugs or maybe titan 589's. any suggestions?

 

26"x12 mudrunners will fit on the rancher w/o a lift. My suggestion from all the research I've done is mudrunners (if you can afford them, if not mud bugs or the 589's (the 589's are a little heavier).
