second gear....that is the money gear.....First gear has so much torque I bet you can't get up to 15 mph. When I had my 2003 rancher es I usually started in second gear from a dead stop.

 

wow but u could probly pull anything in 1st. thanks im going to look at them monday. yep i get to miss school. it going to be awsome i cant wait to get it. but i idk im still worried about my wheight 265lb and height6,2 so idk plus i cant ride them i have to go in pretend its for my dad he has to say well my freind. it sucks so i have to go and ride my friends to c if i like it. were still going to the dealer to c what models he has. thanks any more info i need. please tell me.

 

i don't know what your issue with height is??? none of them are designed differently for different heights, on the other hand if you weight 265 pounds, thats like me with a passenger, the bike might be a bit sluggish to you, if that case go look at a forman, more then enough power
