OK, Put the quad up on a crate, and wiggle the axle... If the axle acually moves then you probably need a new bearing carrier, because it sounds like its too late to replace just the bearings...Then its a good chance that your axle is bad too...I had to replace both of these items on my 300 twice ($$)... I really hope that this is not the problem, but it sounds like it..

You might make a mark on the adjuster and the swingarm, then ride it and see if the adjuster is staying in place or not. If it is then you have a problem somewhere else.
Just because you can wiggle the axle doesnt mean you have to replace the carrier and the axle. If it wiggles just a little bit try tightening the axle nuts on the right side of the rear disk brake rotor. you will have to loosen the inner lock nut, then tightnen the outer nut and then retighten the lock nut back. These are left handed threads by the way, so go the opposite way you normally go to tighten a bolt.
If the axle still wiggles a little after that, then it will need new axle bearings, which cost about $45 for bearings and seals. If it wiggles a lot then you might or might not have to replace carrier and axle. the only way to know that would be to pull the axle.
