Im guessing that you didn't get my point on this.
Cam 150.00
Exhaust 300.
Air filter/ Jet kit 25/60 (25 for air filter and 60 if get as a kit
So that's 475/ 510
Now pay a shop to do this cam is in bottom part of the motor, so that's around 8 hours at 75 bucks 600
So now it's 1075 to 1110
Then you buy tires another 300 to 400
Starting to add up I bet you could take the 1000 and upgrade by now hey

the 2004 rancher makes 15.2 hp if you add a k&n power kit(jettin airfilter) 150$ and a hmf utility series pipe 300$ you can get about 20-22 hp thait is only 6 hp but if the engine only has 15 that is a HUGE INCREASE also if your gettin mud tires i would go for the itp 589m/s thay are great in the mud and on the trail and you can get a lift kit from highlifter atv products for about 100$ i think its a 3 inch lift but they also have a 6 inch lift that is huge, IF you want to get really crazy you can buy gorilla axels for 600$ dollars to go with the lift !!!

i just got mudlites on mine but i put 25s on it they run good handles better then my wore out stock tires and mud it goes thru good now and hills it climbs with ease i never left 4 wheels climbing hills were old tires most time i was riding a wheelie up them. 25 inch mudlites arent real heavy if you get the 25s not deep lug all 4 tires compared to my stock 24s weigh 5.5 pounds more for the set
