does anybody have a step by step for the valve adjustment on a 2005 trx500tm ?

Default does anybody have a step by step for the valve adjustment on a 2005 trx500tm ?
my atv seems like it is a little hard to start even after warmed up. the valves have never been adjusted since new. probably has between 50 and 75 hrs. on it. thanks in advance
