Default 2005 Rancher ES- Lights and Display popping fuse

I have a 2005 Rancher ES. The lights and display go out every so often. I check the 15a fuse and its blown. Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this problem? Would putting a 20a fuse in there really be all that bad? Thanks for any and all help.

Does it have a winch? You have a short somewhere that is causing the problem. A common spot is where the winch is spliced into the hot wire (usually around the display). I wouldn't recomend putting in a 20 AMP.

putting a higher rated fuse in something not designed for it is just stupid. fuses don't pop for no reason fix the short before you catch your electrical on fire

i can't believe people still even recommend this, why the hell you think they use that particular fuse?
