Default Tire Changing Tools

I need to change out eight ATV tires. The cheapest I can get someone to do it for me is $150. If I knew this information beforehand, I would have bought tires and rims as a combo and already mounted.

Anyway, so I'm looking on the Internet and I see a few mini-tire changing type tools. Can you recommend any particular one from experience? My friend is currently in the same boat, and he bought one of these tools from Northern, and it was cheap -- the metal bent off the main handle as soon as he started.

Thanks in advance,

let the air out and run over them with a car or truck. and to seat the bead back, just over inflate. a 150$$ is getting raped!! they charge like 5 $$ a tire were i live. and nothing at all if you bought the tires off them.

the hardest part is breaking the bead down. I have yet to find a good way to do that with the stock wheel.
once you do that. the rest you can do yourself. IT IS ALOT OF WORK! GOOD LUCK

Find to of the biggest flat head screwdrivers you can find. Use Dawn dish soap on the bead of the tire and rim it will slide on easier. Oh I forgot add the dish soap to water and squirt it on . The two large flat head screwdrivers work alot easier than the tire tools. You can even break beads without screwing a tire up.

U don't balance atv tires, actually u can't. The wheel weights won't fit. As long as the bead is seated all the way, which may take like 60lbs, it should run smooth.

thanks rokstr I have changed tires before, but was told that the dealer has a special machine for balancing and have been trying to figure out how they would do it without weights...I know they problably use a machine to break the bead or use the handtool, but not balance them like on a car tire
