I just got a 1999 honda 300ex for 1150 dollars that is in incredible shape for the money and the only thing wrong with it is that it needed rear brake pads so we got new pads and took off the caliper and when we try to push the piston in it will not budge. So do you have any clue on what are problem is.

Beside making sure the parking brake is not engaged.
Mount the unit back on with the old plates snug the bolts hand tight or better.
Stretch a small hose over the bleeder into a clean jar Then crack loose the bleeder wedge a large screw driver between the plate and disk and give it a nudge, this will assure the piston is not cocked it will push back in evenly! Watch out not to get squirted in the face as you compress the piston back into the cylinder. The hose may pop off. If the break fluid is clean it can be reused back into the reservoir
