VERY BIG PROBLEM

i have a foreman hydrostatic 2003.
i did the oil change today i draind the oil from the 2 screws and changed the filter.
the problem is that i emptied about 8 or 9 liters and it only took 5 liter of the new oil.
PLEASE HELP ASAP.

what happens on those machines is this. People check the oil WITHOUT first starting the engine, and it will always show low on oil, so they add more to bring it to the full mark. Then the next time they check it, they dont start it, and again it shows low, so they add more oil to it. It ends up WAY over full.
The proper method of checking the oil is to start the engine, allow it to idle for about 5 minutes, turn the engine off, check the oil.
I believe that machine take about 5.5 quarts or about 5 liters of oil.

When I drain the oil on a Ruby and change filter...
I will pour in just short of 4 quarts of oil, start the engine after reinstalling filler cap, let idle for a few minutes, turn off engine then pour in another 1 and a half of oil.
