Well right now you have most of the air out of the line, now you need to be flexable to do the rest yourself or have a buddy to help. You need to bleed the brakes like you would on a car. assemble the brakes with only the wheel taken off the bike. slip a length of clear hose over the bleeder and let it drop into a pan or glass jar. Basically all you have to do is pump the brakes up and hold them while you crack open the bleeder bolt to let the fluid/air out. once you see no more bubbles that side is done. Repeat for the other side.
NOTE: dont let the master cylinder run dry or you'll have to start all over again. Just lay the cover on while you do this adding fluid as it runs low. Dont squeeze the brakes to fast or too hard or you'll make a messs
