Start by buying a service manual!

Loose the 4 screws on the back of the swingarm. To the left side will be a ring that you rotate forward to make the chain looser and back to make it tighter (the bearing carrier is excentric and turning it changes the length of the rear sprocket from the front sprocket). Make sure you have the proper amount of chain slack (somethng like 1-1.5" I think). Retighten the screws.

What have you changed that makes a rejet necessary????

Do you already understand carburator basics??? Things like the relationship between the slow jet, needle, and main jet??? If not, study up on that first. http://www.dansmc.com/MC_repaircourse.htm

I know these jet kits come with ballpark recommendations, but ballpark is all they are! You have to install different jets and ride it and do plug checks to see how it works. Do be aware that if you get it lean, you can damage your engine!

Jetting is more art than science! If the object is to learn jetting, then go for it. If the object is to get out and ride and not spend a bunch of time diddling around, then have it done by an experienced professional.

To change the main jet, use a 6mm socket. The pilot jet is a flat blade screwdriver.
One of the best ways to jet, is to learn the symptoms of lean and rich, and rejet to correct those issues. Reading spark plugs can be a huge waste of time, unless you know exactly where on the porcilene to look. See my gallery for views of where to look for jetting on the plug. But between doing the plug chop correctly, and todays gaoline...its not easy to do a good reading.
Heres one of the better articles out there on jetting, and it explains the symptoms of lean and rich.
