Out of curiosity, I was wondering if the new Honda Rancher 420 could beat a Honda Rubicon in a drag race. Has anybody actually witnessed a race between the 2?

I'm not trying to prove any point with this. I'm curious and it's for my own edumacation.

The Rancher is very fast off the line...maybe to fast. I have to hold back sometimes or I will just spin all 4 tires. The Rancher has a weight advantage as well.

On the other hand, the Rubicon is automatic and won't have those moments when power is lost making a shift.
