Default Is this the idle adjustment?

Since I'm new to this, I wanted some opinions on whether or not I'm looking at the right thing. Is this the idle adjustment on the carb for my 2000 Honda Recon?

Thanks in advance.

Air fuel adjustment screw is what you have indicated
Idle screw is on the other side of the carb from what is pictured.
The idle adjustment screw is inserted into the carb horizontialy. The air fuel on this model is vertically mounted.
The adjustment you have pictured fine tunes the idle fuel air mixture. If in case you have turned it, to set it correct, let the unit idle and warm up. Turn the screw in until the engine starts to stammer or slow down. Turn it back out, counting the turns, until the engine begins to stammer once again. Turn it back in half the turns you counted and the fuel air should be set correct.
