93' fourtrax 4X4 disc brake kit?
The Highlifter mods I notice seem to all fit together like a puzzle piece, and its hard to get away with modding your old FourTrax and keeping it on the cheap. If you want Disc brakes, you need 12" rims. If you get 12" rims, your going to have to buy new tires. If you get bigger tires, your going to need the lift kit. Once you get the lift kit, you're going to need more power to spin the bigger tires. Before you know it, you've spent so much, you should have just put the dough on a downpayment for a new bike.

You can run 25" tires without a lift, my rims were pull-off's that I paid $100 from the stealer. I bought a set of 25" Mudlite's off Ebay for $235 with shipping (keep the air pressure adjusted to maintain a 1" height difference between front and rear), $25 for a gallon of Slime. Since my dad owns an ATV repair shop - Ya'll would scream if you knew what I paid for the disc brake conversion.
The Fourtrax 300 is THE only ATV ever produced that has kept a decent resale value - Most quads after 4,5,6 years aren't worth much vs. the original cost, On the other hand, an 8 year old 2000 model Fourtrax 300 4X4 in good condition that cost around 4K new will still bring up to 3+k.
Why is this? The Fourtrax 300 is arguably the best, most dependable quad ever produced by any manufacturer to date.... I've ridden them all, from the new EFI's to the old school stuff, and there's nothing short of death that would make me part with my old 300.

No, I know how much they cost. Just let me ask your considered opinion - was the money spent worth it?
